Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) . Foster children’s confidence, curiosity, and sense of belonging through nurturing and intentional teaching. Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Support the daily routines of the room and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with your team to provide high-quality care and contribute to the centre’s ongoing success. About You Hold a ECT or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS . Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude. Current Working with Children Check , First Aid , and Child Protection Training .
